Sharepoint Modern Form embed

I found a thread on how to do this with some modified code as per here:

JotForm On Sharepoint Online Modern

I tried this and changed the 3 form ID's to my form ID.

When I load the sharepoint page though I get an error like this:

cdn.jotfor.ms refused to connect.

There is no error, just what I posted above.

I am using sharepoint online of the modern interface. The guide you have directed me to is the classic sharepoint.
