CardConnect integration having issues

    We are seeing a high number of declined cards today when taking payments via Jotform. Not happening if we use our direct payment gateway, so something seems to be wrong with the integration. Has something changed on Jotform's end?

    Have you embedded the form on any website?

    Could you please share the screenshot of the error that you are getting?

    Also, may we know the form that you are referring to?

    I don't have a screenshot, unfortunately, because only our customers see the errors. The form is not embedded in a website...we send the link to customers.

    We also see duplicate forms come through, sometimes several days apart. Usually there is a duplicate card charge as well, though not always.

    Could you please reset your API keys and then place a new API key in the Card connect to see if this fixes the declined cards issue?

    Also, if you are getting duplicate submissions, could you please add a captcha on your form and redirect the Thankyou page to another website or this custom Thankyou page.
