Can you please let us know do you submit your form multiple times using the same IP (do you submit your form from one or multiple devices connected to the same network)?
If this is the case, please let us know your IP address so we could whitelist it.
If you see captcha even on different internet networks, we will forward this problem to our Developers, so they can whitelist the form.
