Im noticing many form submissions are not generating a PDF attachment

    Hi,


    Im noticing many form submissions are not generating a PDF attachment when sending the automated emails. Many of our forms receive hundreds if not thousands of responses and each one triggers an email to our various support service teams- I am hearing that many of these automated emails do not have a pdf attached. How can we ensure ALL are having the pdf included.

    Hi Paul,

    Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We currently have an ongoing issue with the PDF attachments. Our developers are already working on it. As soon as it is fixed we will let you know here.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline. However, fixing this issue and any related issues are currently on the highest priority. As soon as we receive a confirmation that it is fixed we will inform you here.

    Hi Vick, thanks for the quick work here. Ive asked my teams to inform me if they see submissions come in without PDF attachments. I will update you if anything comes up. Thanks!

    Hi there, Ive just heard from a team member that a form submission came in this morning without a pdf attached.

In order to aid in our investigation, can you please provide us with either a screenshot of the notification that was received without a PDF attachment, or with the email address of the team member that received this notification?

    There could be others that are not being rec'd, but this is the one person i know is not getting the attached pdfs all the time.

    Hi Paul,

    I've just checked your form and looks like the PDF document is not selected in the Notification email.

    Please select the PDF document so you can start receiving it with the emails.
