On the form called Alex Starting Assistant a PDF successfully send. However on the rest of the forms they do not, including...
I followed the same instructions by going to settings, email, edit, advanced and toggling the PDF attachment, however it WILL NOT SAVE.
I have attached 2 images - they both look the same to me. Not sure why only the Alex Starting Assistant Form will Save and not the others.

You need to check the listed PDF template/s and click on the Save button.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

This does not work. It sends a file that looks like the pic attached. And the error message when you open it is. In ADDITION since Friday it no longer shows the forms in the IN BOX of Jot Form? Yet we know it was submitted.

Could you also please tell us the submission IDs of the submission with the issue?
