Logging into my account and I do not see my forms

    When I login to my account, it says I have no forms when I have many forms: user:ronshuller

    Hello Ron,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    I have checked the account that you shared with us ronshuller and I can verify that this account does have many active forms and is currently subscribed to a Silver plan.

    However, it seems that you are currently signed in to another account that has the username ronshuller2. This account does not have any forms and it is currently on a Free subscription.

    If you need to access the forms that are under the user account ronshuller, you will need to log out of the current account and log into that one instead.
