Forms not updating

    Hi the following forms have not reflected important changes that have been made.

    Can you take a look please.


    This has happened before with JotForms and I have been advised previously to clone the form but in this case I cannot as the form has been marketed out so this issue needs to be resolved quickly.


    On both form the last question there should be 5 options not 6

    Also I have cleard my cache, viewed the form on Chrome, Edge, Firefox my mobile device and tablet and colleagues working from home can also not see the changes so it is an issue with JotForm itself.

    We have issued the jotform links and also embedded onto pages and in both cases they are not updating.

    Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.

    I cleared your form cache and both forms now have the same number of options in Form Builder and when previewed.

    Please check again if the forms are updated properly.

    Hi, Thanks they are working fine now, is there a way in which I can clear the forms cache myself or is that a down to you guys?

    You can clear the form cache on the account Settings page.
