FORM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is unacceptable that I paid the requested amount to utilize this service and now the form is glitching. I have from submissions that I am not able to retrieve due to your form continually telling me that I am not authorized and I need to request permission from myself in order to download the PDF's. It will allow me to download one or maybe two then it gives me the error again. This is very frustrating because I am short for time. Please fix this or give me a full refund.

    Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Could you please give us the form URL? Are you trying to download the PDFs from email, Tables, or the PDF-Editor?

    Hi Abiyah,

    Downloading PDFs from Tables seems to be working normally. Are you using the "Download All" option? You mentioned that it allows you to download 1 or 2 and then it gives an error. Could you please send us a screenshot of the error? Please follow the instructions in the guide below to send a screenshot here.
