The ability to automatically remove appointment from Google Calendar if it is changed

We are using JotForm for our COVID-19 vaccine scheduling. When patient's complete this form:

    https://form.jotform.com/210370216404138

It adds the appointment to our Google calendar - which is great.

Question #1: Is there a setting where it will remove it from the google calendar if the appointment if it is changed? Currently, if we go in and make a change to the appointment, it creates a new appointment for the new time, but does not delete the original appointment.

Question #2: Is there a way that a second appointment can be made at the same time but 28 days later? Even if this has to be done manually... I'm not sure how to do it because when we change the appointment, it makes the original appointment available again (which we do not want...).

It would be great to be able to schedule the 1st and 2nd doses at the same time... is my end goal here. :) Any help you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hi Bailey, thank you for reaching us.

Unfortunately, there is no option to automatically remove an appointment from Google Calendar if it is changed. However, kindly allow me to escalate this ticket as a feature request to our back-end team. While we can't guarantee that it will be implemented, if/when our team has an update for you, we will notify you through this ticket.

Meanwhile, in order to avoid confusion, I have moved your second question into another ticket. Kindly refer to the following ticket: 2975835
