JotForm Enterprise

    Dear JotForm,


    I would like to have more details on JotForm Enterprise.

    The contact form designed for that purpose does not seem to work. At least it has been loading for quite some time now.

    I am looking for a Survey solution for many of my colleagues (around 50), all of them only creating one or two surveys a year.


    Can someone let me have more details of how / if that could work with Jot Forms?#
