Entries not showing up

I keep running into an issue where folks are completing my forms, I am receiving an email saying that they completed the form, but the submissions option shows 0 and the submissions do not show up in a table.

What am I missing?

As checked, the last submissions you received were for this form: Judge's Information Form. Submissions were dated March 16th.

All other forms have zero submissions in them.

Can you share the email address where you received those notifications? We'll check it from there.
