No PDF Attachment on email alert

    I have successfully configured a form with a the data from the Form included into the PDF after which, upon submission, I and the client will receive a copy of the said PDF.

    It was working fine then suddenly the emails stop having any PDF attachment.

    I did not change anything.

    This is impacting the business process.

    On our end, the last form you viewed was Why Capital Pte Ltd - 6 Months Subscription that is owned by another user.

    For now I have cleared you forms cache.

    Could you kindly provide us more details such as the form id, and the submission ids.
