Local Data Sourcing - spreadsheet to form widget

Good morning! I'm looking at using Job Form to help power my business. I want to be able to select a name from a drop-down list, and then have the form auto populate the corresponding address information associated with that name. Am I able to do that sourcing the address information from an Excel document from my computer? Or do I need to store that information on the Jot form site? For example, I choose Amazon LAS1 as the location. Can I choose Amazon LAS1 as my location, and then on the next field for Amazon LAS1's address will auto populate the correct address for LAS1 so I don't have to enter it every time?
