I still cannot upload after deleting everything

    i don't need more space from the free version and I erase everything and I'm not able to upload. and fill out my forms

    Our system had already changed your account status to Overlimit before you managed to delete your submissions with files. It will require our attention in this case. I went ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in and view your forms this time.

    We highly recommend checking your usage as soon as you receive our email alert about it. We send the email if you hit 90% on any of your account limits.
