Submission notifications via e-mail

    I used a Jotform in February and when a customer placed an order, I got an e-mail notification. I just made a new form to take orders and no notifications are being sent.

    Did they do away with this feature?

    As I check the email history log, I see that the emails are being sent without any issue from our end.
