Can we combine forms into one form?

Hi, we are a software company that has an onboarding survey for each client. Sometimes the client will have multiple tasks that multiple users need to fill out. We'd like to know if we could send them one link that multiple users could complete their portion of the survey. Once all areas are complete, they could then submit to us. Is this possible with Jotform?
