File Uploads are not opening

    The photos my clients are uploading are not working?

    Hi Megan,

    Unfortunately, it seems that the screenshot you attempted to share with us did not upload successfully on our end. 

    Do note that attaching images to your email will not upload them to the support ticket. You will need to manually upload all images directly on the ticket for them to post successfully.
