Customizing Appointment Slots for Product Purchase

Hello,

I am looking to create a form to help me more efficiently run my bread business to allow clients to order bread based on availability.

Ideally, I'd like a form where the customer chooses the flavor of bread. This then brings up a calendar where based on their choice they see the dates and available slots left for that flavor as I'd like to try only baking a certain flavor certain days of the week.

I'd like it to be visual, easy, and user friendly but haven't quite found a widget through JotForm that fits the vision in my head.

Any thoughts on a widget that might meet my needs and could also be created quickly?
