    Hi there,

I have created a new form, once submitted the picture attachements were to big , so the form did not go through, we went to the back end of system to download as a PDF , it works but all the dropdown boxes were not on the form.

I have attached the completed PDF below and could you also advise what is the maximum image file size per form and if it is exceeded, can image links be there in place of image ?

It is important for the form to have images as they are pictures of maintenance issues from a property that need to be dealt with on the same day.

    Thanks

    Gary

The maximum single upload is 1GB.

    Here is a guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/33-changing-the-file-upload-size-limit

You may set the maximum and minimum upload size in your file upload field.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    Hi there,

I will increase the file upload limit and see what happens.

Any idea why the drop down fields are disappearing when we try to create the PDF from the form inbox?

    Thanks
