Password not accepted

    Hello. I am trying to change my password. It’s not accepting my current password so I am not able to change it. This is a HIPPA protected account and I need to change my password so I can access my account. I removed the email off my social media account so I can access my account also, I thought that was the problem. But I am still not able to access my account from online to view. I can view only through the jotform app. I tried to change password via app, it’s not accepting my current password. So I need to change my password without having to input current password because it’s not accepting current password.
