Why am I not able to log in to my account?

    I am unable to view the forms my customers have filled.

    Hi there,

    Kindly note that there's no issue with our Mobile App when it comes to viewing submissions.

    Can you please make sure you uninstall and re-install the app?

    Also, if possible, please try using a different device.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I created the CR Survey form directly from my laptop.

    I have logged in but still showing login at the top of the page. I can’t view anything.

    I registered and used the free trial. Don’t know if the free period has elapsed. If it has then how do I get the already filled forms?

    I can't find any registered account with your email g***y@be***ni***ia.com. Please clear your browser cache and log in with the correct credentials.

    The account is active upon checking. There's no problem here as far as I can see it. The username is bemilnigeria79. You can also log in with Google and authenticate with the Gmail email registered on this account.

    If it says you are logged in, try logging out by clicking the Account Menu at the top-right side. Click the Logout option at the bottom of the drop window.
