If you send the form URL via another email provider, will those persons

If you send the form URL via another email provider, will those persons have to then be "added" to the permitted share list or can they just go straight to the form without further action on the sender's part? Also, does the form feature allow recording of the individual's email or name, or is it always anonymous?

If you are using another email provider, you can directly copy the form URL and paste in the email addresses and send it to the concerned people: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url

If you add the name or email field on the form, then you can capture the details of the person who submits your form. Otherwise, you can get the IP address of the person who submits your form.

    I

f you have 100's or 1000's of people on your email list, "paste in the email addresses to the URL" does seem to be a very efficient way of doing this and requires a lot of manual labour. The use case is that the customer should not have to re-enter their email address. Is there another solution for this when sending out a form using your own email provider?

    Thanks!
