    Hello,

I assumed that you are working on the PG Bears Sports Registration Application form since it's the last form that is edited on your account. I can also see that you have created a similar ticket, and you've stated that the Constant Contact is not authenticating on your end.

However, I have cloned your form, and I was able to authenticate and integrate it into our Constant Contact account. It seems to work fine from my end:

Can you try to login into your Constant Contact account to verify your username and password?

If the issue persists, please provide us with a screenshot of the issue you are showing to investigate it from our end further? Please follow this guide on posting your screenshot on the ticket as we are unable to view images attached to emails: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Thank you. Looking forward to your response.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

If the wrong user login is repeated several times, Constant Contact locks the account due to user security. To unblock this, you must follow the steps below.

To solve the related issue (all steps must be done sequentially),

    1) Please remove all Constant Contact integrations from all JotForm forms.

** You must check all the forms you have created in JotForm and remove them.

    2) Then reset your password on the Constant Contact website.

    ** Your password doesn't include the following characters &, <, >, ", `,'.

    3) After resetting the password, please re-integrate your forms.

** During the integration re-integrate, you must provide the user credentials requested from you with the full email address. Not only a username, but the full email address is also required.

Also, kindly note that you should authenticate as an Account Owner (per Constant Contact User Roles), and not Account Manager or Campaign Creator.

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the response. It hasn't gone well. I'm still not able to integrate the constant contact form. If I send you the login credential for CC, can you update the form for me please.

    Hello johnshack,

Unfortunately, the only accounts that support staff are allowed to access are JotForm accounts. Please understand that it is a liability issue to access accounts that do not belong to JotForm. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I see that you have a successfully connected integration to Constant Contact on the form named "TFH League Affiliate Application". Have you perhaps been able to login? If not, it appears that you have skipped some of the instructions that my colleague has provided to resolve this issue. Please remove the Constant Contact integration from all of your forms, and then reset your password with Constant Contact.

    Thank you for your understanding!
