I see that you are mentioning that you are having issues printing the PDF reports for your forms?
If you are having issues printing the PDF directly from the PDF Editor, I would suggest that you try downloading the PDFs first and then print them.
However, I did check both of the forms on your account and it seems that you actually do not have any PDF reports created for them. For the best outcomes with PDF downloads, it would be best for you to create and customize a PDF report for your forms.
