deleted form field

    Good Morning,

    I accidentally made changes to the wrong form. I wanted to duplicate it but it must have not happened.

    Is there any way to reinstall the deleted elements to it??

    Hello Victoria - You can use the Form Revision History tool to revert to the previous versions/s of the form.
