We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Unfortunately, there is no current workaround for this. Due to the HIPAA privacy policies, saving the progress of a form cannot be shared with anyone that does not have a JotForm account.

The only option to go around this would be to disable HIPAA or to finish the form in one sitting.

I did review your account and it seems you are not currently HIPAA compliant. I hope you know this does not apply to you.

Your users can certainly save their form progress and not need to create an account. They can simply add their email address to receive the session link.

Hello... thanks for the response. Even withoutt HIPAA compliance it first shows the account setup option, b4 the option to just add email adress.

I still think this will cause drop off. Is there a way for it to go straight to the email add option?

    Thanks

The "Skip Create an Account" option is so small I'm certain people will miss it

Hello! Account creation in some cases is actually an easy way for your users to later retrieve their saved drafts. They can simply login; visit their draft section and complete the form. It is also easy to just click on the FB or Google button rather than typing in the email address.

But I understand your concern. Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize this dialog window. As a workaround; you can create a paragraph element in your form itself right above the buttons as a note (this will be in its own slide); telling your users that can skip the account creation process on hitting the SAVE button; you can also attach a helping screenshot for them in the same paragraph element.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
