How can I collect data and share the submissions with different people in our group?

I have made a form. I want different people to be able to fill in the form to record swimming pool chemical readings. They can then submit the form.

I want authorised people to then be able to access all of the chemical readings submitted, but not have them log into my jot forms account, how can I do this?

You can share the JotForm Tables view of your form. This will allow authorized people to see the submissions. There are different privacy settings you can choose from.
