Is there a way to change the order of submissions for a specific form and save the changes.

Can you please tell us what specifically are you trying to change? Do you want it alphabetically arranged? Are you trying to change the date/time order etc.?

It's not's possible in Jotform tables to arrange the rows, but what you can do is export the submissions in excel format and you will have a full control of how you want the order be.
