Integrating/Connect to Paypal

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to connect to Paypal on my form. I click "connect" which takes me to a pop up box with the message:

    "Connect to Paypal account to start accepting payments on jotform inc....."

    I enter my email address and select country - though New Zealand is not a country that I can select - so I click Australia. I click on Next which takes me to the next pop up box:

    "Paypal" my email address is entered and I enter my Paypal password. I click "log in" and change the flag to NZ.

    The next box that pops up is the same as the first one. My email address is entered, I select Australia, click next and nothing happens.

    Can you please help.

    Ps: Its also now saying I need to sign up to PayPal even though I already have an account with PayPal and it's saying my credentials are incorrect but they aren't.

    I can see on your form that you have added the PayPal business payment field on the form.

    Please note that you need to have a business account on PayPal and also have completed your business account setup on PayPal.

    Please verify that first and then connect to PayPal on the form using your creds and check.

    Hi Gerard,

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have added the Paypal business payment field to my form. In the "properties" section I am trying to "connect" to PayPal, JotForm will not allow me to "continue" until I have connected. I have double checked my PayPal and it is a business account (NOT personal).

    By the way, the form doesn't show any space for me to enter my credentials - only pop up boxes to log into paypal which again is not allowing me to log in.

    From your first screenshot, it seems that there is an issue with your PayPal account. Please cross-check that it is enabled to accept payments.

    I cloned your form into my account and tested it from my end and I am able to enter my PayPal creds.

    After cross-checking the information above, please try connecting and if possible please provide us a video of your issue. You may create the video on Loom and share the link here.
