We can not have pictures on the PDF document due to the size

we can not have pictures on the .pdf file due to the size

Is this issue related to PDF Documents?

I made a few tests and all uploaded images are shown in PDF Document, regardless of the size. Can you please provide us IDs of submissions where uploaded images are not shown in the PDF Document because of the size?

You can also create a new PDF Document to see if that will resolve the issue.
