Hello. I created a form, filled it out and uploaded a photo and PDF to test it. When I received it in my email, and went to download those files it said 404-page doesn't exist..
I am creating this to send to summit members for my summit and need to male sure I cam download their photos and documents

I can't seem to find an account using your email address.
The issue might be with your account privacy.
Kindly login to your account and on the same web page view your email.
Let us know if the issue still remains.

May we know if your account is under Enterprise?
You may try to download the submission data in your table submission instead.

Thank you for the follow-up! While we are still unable to locate your account, based on the information you have provided, it sounds like you may not be logged into your account on your phone. Can you please either log in from your phone and try once more, or log in from your desktop and disable the setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files"?
