Hello,
I wanted to get in touch regarding The Curtain Hotel's old application form they had with you for The Curtain Members Club.
I noticed that this application form is still live and we have actually received an application, even though that company liquidated September of 2020.
I wanted to know what the process would be to close this account as the company no longer exists and we are the new owners of the building - Mondrian Shoreditch/SBE
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist. As this is affecting our new applications for the club as the old form is searchable online.

You can directly contact the form owner or the one who set up the form and ask them to delete it.

This was sent to us as a screenshot by a potential members applying to the old club.
We unfortunately do not have access to that contact so have no way of accessing that side of things.
But as that company liquidated (and I will assume their payments have stopped coming to you months ago) can you not close that portal from your end?

Hi Henry,
As per checking, the form was under the account linked to the email address jordon.ayoola@sbe.com. You can directly contact that person, or since you two share the same corporate domain, you can request a password reset and then check the email on your email server to gain access to the account.
