Survey won't move beyond second page

Hi there,

Our survey is having some type of functionality difficultly. Depending on the browser used the survey won't let you click beyond the second page even if all of the fields are completed.

Can someone from your team take a look at this and see why it's doing that?

I tested your form and I was able to go to the next page.

Could you please check again? Also, please make sure that all required fields are filled.

We're still getting reports from individuals trying to fill out the form that they can't get past page 2 even if all of the required fields are filled.

We also tried testing the form on multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and there seems to be an issue on all of them.

I'm not sure what the issue is but we still need help resolving the problem.

Is the form embedded on any website?

May we know in which device you are experiencing the issue?
