It's possible to include the timestamp of the submission to the saved file name when configuring the Dropbox integration by enabling the below option.
Generally the Submission Date and Last Update Date are automatically added to any submission, you only need to show these dates columns in your table. please follow this guide for the steps.

When a person sends a submission can copy of the submission automatically be sent to dropbox? Or will each submission need to be done manually? I want to keep a backup of my PDF's when they are submitted. Thanks

If you have already integrated Dropbox in your form then the PDF will be sent automatically to Dropbox as soon as a form is submitted. Should you have any questions then please let us know.
