Hi there,
When we receive a questionnaire from the client, we will review it by email. However, why the uploaded documents can not be opened or download from email?

Hello Mia - Thanks for reaching out.
By default, it is required to be logged in to your JotForm account to view uploaded files. However, you can lift such restrictions from your account settings.
