Hi there -
I'm new to JotForm but appreciate that it's pretty easy to use.
My form requires a lot of detailed information about people (eg. first names, birthdates, date of passing, name of spouse and anniversary dates). I have used the Configurable List widget and viewed a few videos about how it works. However, I would like to ensure that all the information fits on one line, and that people can "Add more" entries as required. See:
https://www.jotform.com/build/211737572331251
Look under tab called "1. PEOPLE". The width of fields "Date of Passing" and "Anniversary" could be narrower, as there will only be 4 digits (year as yyyy).
You will see that I've played with a few other options in that section (eg. Table, Fill in the Blanks, Question) to see if there's a better system.
Suggestions welcome :)

Hi Lynette,
I would love to help you with custom CSS to achieve this, but I will need access to your form preview.
Best,
Igor -

Thanks Igor -
I'm happy to give you access the form preview, but I'm not sure how to do that!
Can you indicate how?

To change the orientation of the Configurable List widget from horizontal to vertical, please add this custom CSS code to the widget: https://pastebin.com/raw/5HCAtjpH
And this will be the result:
Here's a guide on how-to-inject-css-codes-to-widgets.
Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
