    I am based in South Africa and from 1 July the POPI Act will be implemented with more stringent requirements to protect personal information of individuals. Can you provide me with Certificates and protocols that reflect how Jot form complies with international laws in this regard. I also need to know where data is stored that I enter on JotForm (where is the servers located) and whom has access except for me. Thanks George

    Our servers are located in the US and Germany, and all data is stored securely in your JotForm account on our servers. The data can be accessed by only you, unless you share access rights to the data with your users.

    JotForm uses 256 Bit SSL connection to secure all forms and data, and we have PCI-DSS Level 1 certification, which is the highest security attainment for companies collecting payments and handling credit cards. If you want to add an additional layer of security to your forms, you can also encrypt your forms.
