    Working with Ivaylo to figure out why our Health History Form isn't sending to surgeons for approval

    No problem, our Approval Workflows for this form isn't working (the emails
    in the workflow are real emails so please don't run any tests prior to
    letting me know).

    Checking the Approval Workflow, I can see two separated email elements as shown below. Please remove or connect them to the flow.

    Also, can you please specify with a screenshot which email alerts do not work, as you have quite several?

    Hi again,

    If you mean by doctors approvers, then yes, they will, if the conditional logic is satisfied as shown below.
