My email responses / submissions are all coming on one email.

I am an animal rescue/adoption group. My applications through jot are coming in all together on 1 email. several applications back to back on 1 email. How can I receive them as separate emails?

I understand that you are receiving all the submissions to one email and grouped together as shown below:

If so, it is due to to the same form tile is used as the email subject for all submissions. You may add a unique field such as Name on the form in the email subject so that each email shall be displayed separately.

Alternatively, you may disable the Conversation view option in the Gmail settings.
