PDF Editor: How to adjust the edit and make changes on the PDF document

Is there a way to get the responses on the PDF to be in a sentence or bullet form?

I can only get them to be way spaced out on the PDF or on top of. I would like them to be a little closer together and in a more formal manner.

    Hi,

This is 2 years on from my original request, and I still have not worked out how to do this - please can help!

I am an accountant and have a number of forms that I use where I use 'calculators' as lead magnets ie how to calculate your work from home allowances.

I send a PDF download to proopspects how to use claom this back from their employer company.

At the moment I am having to separate text from field data on the PDF. But what I want to be able to do is send include data from a form field within a text statement, rather than in tables within the PDF.

    Is this possible please.

    Thank you.

    Hello Caseron,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You may edit the PDF that you can send to the customer by going to our PDF editor. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the drop-down button in the upper right corner of the screen, beside the Jotform logo. PDF Editor: How to adjust the edit and make changes on the PDF document Image 1 Screenshot 30
    2. In PDF editor, you can then edit and adjust the fields that should match your form. PDF Editor: How to adjust the edit and make changes on the PDF document Image 2 Screenshot 41

As you can see, it is way better than the default document that you currently have.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
