Is there a way from the backend that we can create a new record and fill it in for her?

    We had a parent print off our form and fill it out. Is there a way from the backend that we can create a new record and fill it in for her.

    You may consider checking out our newly implemented feature, Prefill Forms, by following this URL: https://www.jotform.com/prefill-forms/. It will allow you to create a new record, fill it out for her, then share it with her.

    I will expand. A parent opened out from on the internet, hit print page. Filled out the form and mailed it into us. Is there a way from the backend when we log into our account and see all the forms and such that we have, to create a new record and input the information that mailed to us, or is the only other option for us, is to just go to the front end and fill in the form.

    Is there a way create a new entry for a form in the back end of can you only edit what has been submitted from the backend.

    You can fill the entry directly from the tables without submitting the form.
