We currently have a free JotForm subscription for our COVID vaccine clinics and are interested in purchasing a subscription. However, before doing so we are wondering if we can trial several of your features before we purchase. I created a test form a few days ago to see how the uploading feature worked. I received an email from jot form. See below
Your form Flu Shot Test Clinic has reached it's submissions limit
This mail is sent to inform you that your form Flu Shot Test Clinic has reached it's declared submissions limit. You can increase the form's submission limits from the settings page of your form builder to let your users continue to submit it.
I cannot find the setting to increase the form submission limits. Are we closed out of that feature because we have a free subscription? Is the free subscription use limited?
Thank you
Scott
