I need to trigger a prefilled form once a basic form is filled

I want the prefilled form to be sent to the email address filled in first form, is that doable?

First form is a basic form with 1 logic buy the prefilled form will be big with multiple logics. The second form should be sent automatically via email, happy to use apps like zapier if required

You can add the prefilled form link in the autoresponder email of the first form.

So when the first form is submitted, the form submitter will receive the email with the prefilled form link.

Hmm, but the prefilled form has to be generated from the information filled in the first form for which we will use auto responder.

So evey prefilled form is a has different name/email and captures information from the first form.

Is this still doable?

Then use the second (subsequent) form link on the email of the first form.
