How can we accept multiple submissions from the same email address

Hi there

We have created a club membership form and need to have it accept more than one registration per email address (so two or more individuals can register using the same email address).

Can you please advise how to change this.

As per checking, you have enabled Unique Submissions on the form, as such, only one submission can be received using the same browser.

Kindly disable it instead.
