Creating as many multiple box entries as needed

I'm posting this again. I don't think my original post went through.

    https://form.jotform.com/211523167558356

In the above form, please scroll down to Section 7: About Your Early Career Researcher(s). I need to introduce a feature whereby the person completing the form can click on a box saying

"If you wish to add another UCL ECR from any discipline / department, please tick this box"

Thereby the details that I've already created in Section 7 will appear again so that the submitter can enter the details for as many ECRs as needed.

    Best and thanks

    Michael

    Greetings Michael.

You can achieve this by adding a configurable list widget to your form:
    https://eu.jotform.com/widgets/configurable-list

This will allow you to predefined a specific amount of fields, and your users can click the button to add the next set of the same fields, as many times as they need to.
