It is possible that the options of a dropdown depend on another dropdown by using Conditional Logic. You can add the following logic and change the value and target depending on your form's preferences.

Do you have any example form or video to be able to check this? Since I already tried several times and I cannot add "Option" as you show in the image.

My apologies for the confusion however, it is not possible to have a dynamic option .
The options are static. You may create multiple dropdown options and hide/show them based on an option selected.
