I'm not able to login

    Hey ,

    I created a form few days back and collected one response too. The response was sent to my email wedominate7@gmail.com but i have forgotten the primary method i signed up with. is there anyway to know about it.

    As per checking, the form is under the account with the email address ad***ya****yur7@gmail.com. You can request a password reset to regain access to the account.
