Approver can't approve

    I'm not sure if I set up the settings on the approval process correctly. Right now, if I submit the form, it goes to the approver. The approver clicks "approve" or "deny" and it goes to the jotform approvals page. What I want is for the approver to approve or deny from their email. Also, if they approve or deny, how can they input comments? do they need an account?

    You have not checked the box "Require login for approver". So, your approvers are able to "Approve" or "Deny" right from the e-mail. This means that when they click on the respective buton, the Inbox page will load for them and they will be able to do "Approve" or "Deny" from there. Here is the related guide:

    The approvers can also put their comments in the Inbox page.

    Please note that you can not "Approve" or "Deny" without the Inbox page.
