Hi,
I'm using the FTP module to save contracts in Alfresco (which is an open-source and free content management platform).
Our Alfresco platform is only accessible through our VPN.
There is it any possibility to make the JOTFORM FTP module work under these circumstances (i.e. via VPN)?
Best regards,
Alex -

Hi Alex, thank you for contacting support.
You may connect your JotForm to your FTP to send the submission data and uploaded files. Please follow the guide below that can help you with this.

Thanks!

Hi Jovanne,
Thanks a lot, I have followed that link.
What I need to know is how do I use the JOTFORM FTP over a VPN connection. Is it possible? how?
Best regards,
Alex

The form is already connected to an FTP as we can see. For our understanding, Isn't working properly for you? Are there any issues?
There'll not be an issue as long as the VPN is allowing the connection to JotForm and the transfer of files.
Best regards. -
