Changing the logo that appears when I send my form link to new clients.

    Hello! I have started working under another company and need to change the logo that appears when I send my form link to new clients.

    ***** I have changed it in my settings, but when I send the link, my old logo still shows up!

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. May we know what logo are you referring to exactly, please? Is it the logo you have set up on our form? You can also share with us a screenshot of the logo that is currently showing on your form and the log you have just set up but it is not showing.

    hi!

    Thanks so much! When I send the link my Gardner Family Wellness logo shows up with the link

    but I would like the “Coach Erin” logo to appear instead. I have changed it many times on the website and app, but the Gardner Family Wellness logo still shows up when I send the link to anyone . 1626401565_60f0eb1daff42_A0AD3558-D47A-4

    Thank you for the additional information.

    To my understanding, you are sending the link to your form as a message in an app. May we know which app were you using, please?

    I have checked the form shown in your screenshot and it appears that you have not updated the logo on the Welcome Page of your form yet.

    However, if you are having issues updating it on your end, please feel free to let us know. I have also cleared your account's form cache, please check if that helped solve the issue you are having.
